Newborn photography can be very challenging. Lots of soothing, patience, potty accidents and a sore back! But, some days you get super lucky and get a baby like Amelia! Such a precious little doll face and her parents were just the nicest.

Miss Zoe was born at only 35 weeks old, but proved to be such a strong little girl. She was only in the NiCU for 10 days and she came to my studio at 20 days old and already up to 6 pounds. She has the cutest little face and most perfect features. And can we just talk about how adorable her big broter, Caleb is? The sibling shots we did are absolutely priceless!

Meet sweet Ava Belle!

Of course I had to do a blog post about this adorable family! As a newborn photographer, getting to photograph twins is super exciting, but also a big challenge. These little baby girls were so good to me during their session. Slept like little champs and hardly made a peep. The result was being able to get a bunch of shots of them together, as well as some individual shots of each of them as well. And the family shots literally gave me chills as I was taking them. A special shout out to Jessica McKimmey and Jessica McKimmey Photography for assisting during the session!

Getting the chance to meet new families is one of the best parts of being a photographer. And I love it when it’s a small world thing, when you begin chatting and realize you know some of the same people. What a privilege it is getting take photos for people and making new friends at the same time. Gorgeous Madison was just perfect and big brother was SO proud!

When a family books session after session with you, there really is no better compliment for a photographer. The Fung family is one of those families. And they are so special. Just an amazing family and how cute are they?!!! They definitely make me love my job and give me the warm fuzzies every time I get to hang out with them.
