This gorgeous family of 7 was out visiting Orange County from Scottsdale, AZ. So we planned on a season at the beach. As we were getting into our session I see the kids eyes all looking to their right. Low and behold it was Santa!!! walking up! He wasn’t there for us, but he came over and said hello and interacted with all the kids for a couple of minutes. I had my camera in hand so I did take a couple of shots…and I’m so glad I did. Check out the photo I got with Santa and the rest of their photos below!
Even though we took these photos in the summer, I feel like it officially kicked off my busy fall schedule. And this family was picture perfect!
The sunset, the flowers, the outfits and this beautiful family made this one gorgeous photo session!
Photographing this beautiful family was something sepcial. Even though Eric is fighting cancer, you’d never know it. We had so many laughs and smiles, and an overall great time during the session. You can definitely see their love for each other in their photos.
Seeing families year after year in the fall is my fav! I think this is my 4th session with this family and I adore working with them. I mean….could these little girls be any cuter?! And mom and dad are pretty hot themselves!! Being that the mom is a hairdresser I know their hair is always going to be on point. And cool fact about the dad; he is a cameraman for The Bacherlor/Bachelorette TV show! I bet he’s heard and seen it all! I am so thankful for families that book me year after. XOXO
This session was extra special. Not only was Becky an old friend from high school I haven’t seen since we graduated, her family was also a dream to work with. Sometimes little boys can be a challenge, but not these two! They took direction, were so friendly and well behaved. And the best part was how much they loved their little sister. Check out all the amazing shots we got!
It finally happened to me after 5 years of doing photos. My babysitter forgot to show up! I was in full panic mode knowing I was going to be late to my session. Luckily my sister lives nearby and was able to help me out. I arrived about 12 minutes late to the session and was frazzled and embarassesd, to say the least. Since it was busy season I knew I couldn’t reschedule because I had no open dates and this was a family of 6 who I didn’t want to have ask the mom to get the family ready again on another night. I unloaded my car, and apologized profusely for being tardy. The Forge family was so understanding and kind to me. I had in mind that the session might be a bit of a challenge since they had 4 kids, one being a baby. But, you guys…this family!!! Not only sweet, but so photogenic and the kids were insanely good for me! They took direction, smiled on command and were polite and friendly! What started out not so great ended up being one of my favorite sessions of the fall. Take a look at all the gorgeousness we captured that night! And wait for it….the sunset at the end was amazing!
